Easy Homemade Granola

prep 15 minutes- cook time 25 minutes

Serving Size:
6 Cups
1 cup hulled sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup almonds

3 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup flour

1/2 brown sugar

5 tbls veg oil

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbl vanilla

3 to 4 tbls natural maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 dried fruit
Preparation:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Instructions:
In a skillet containing no oil or liquid combine seeds and nuts. Heat over a low flame stirring frequently, unti lyou smell a toasty aroma. do not let burn.

In a large bowl, combine toasted seeds and nuts with remaining ingredients, except dried fruit.Spread the mixture onto 2 cookie sheets and bake for 20 minutes or until golden, turning often. Remove from oven and leave on pan while cooling . Add dreid fruit to granola and stir. store in airtight container.
