    I have to maintain diet. But it is so tough to control diet. This is really the original diet I have found here.

    We eat as we need but proper digestion is must....

    I think that it is more or less the truth. However, in my opinion, the black tea has the same properties. I want to add that people in the north regions of China prefer black tea instead of green tea. And China is a motherland of this beverage.

    Original diet for me is eating more on vegetables and stay away from fatty foods such as fast food and more oily foods that causes us to gain weight. Some sort of exercise will definitely maintain our body to keep lean and healthy. It is always diet and exercise are the original reason why people loses fats easily and maintain their body as healthy as they wanted.

    A food who having all the protein and calories and don't have any side effect known as original diet.
    Original diet like milk, green vegetables, salad, fruit like this. All comes under original diet.

    Hey everyone i think proper diet is neccessary for everyone and for an original diet make sure that you guys eat vegetables instead of beaf and chicken...because vegetables have nutritions and vitamins which are neccessary for a person and drink green tea which is helpful in loosing weight and burn fats.........
