    Default Lynchburg Barbecue Sauce

    1/2 c Jack Daniel's Whiskey
    1/2 c Low Sodium Catsup
    1 t Worcestershire
    2 T Vinegar
    1/2 T Lemon Juice
    1/4 t Garlic Powder
    1/2 t Dry Mustard



    Mix ingredients together. Brush on meat while cooking.

    Cholesterol 0 mg
    Sodium 9 mg
    Potassium 84 mg
