    I was also having some obesity problems way back but then I tried something new. I took about 2 to 4 tbsp of olive oil, what they do is they provide you with about 200 to 400 calories which automatically lessens your hunger. This way I ate less and so I lost too many pounds with this technique.     Drinking oil is not going to make you feel full. You are just going to ingest 200 to 400 calories for no reason.

    Have healthy food.
    Understand you hunger.
    Drink plenty of water.
    exercise daily!!!

    That's exactly what I did roughly a year or two ago. It defiantly works great to lose weight but... your body needs certain vitamins and I deprived myself of it thinking I was going to gain weight.
    If you go this root then by sure you monitor the diet carefully and be sure you're getting the right amount of everything to maintain the balance.

    It obvioulsy differs greatly from person to person and also the sort of lifestyle you live, my diet consists of a lot of exercise as well so i try to eat well, but also a quantity that is enough to make me feel energetic for when i go to the gym or play football. its a balanced diet which allows me to treat myself as well
