Special diets are very important especially for sick person. it is usually done in the hospital with every patient have their own special diets. I have been on this cooking site: singingcook.com, and BELIEVE me you will really be entertained while learning a lot of cooking recipes to them. I really had a lot of fun and I really learned a lot of delicious recipes from them..And I really thank them so much for that! I think maybe they also have recipes for good special diets to specific people.

Thai carrot salad
1. Put the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, shallots and chillies in a large bowl and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add the carrots, drained noodles and mint and toss everything together. Top with the peanuts.
