Default Anti Reflux Diet

I have worked out an effective way to use diet to control reflux. I combine food combining (modified to two meals per day with including pro-biotics in the diet to eliminate symptoms of reflux. I offer my advice for free. When I was looking to help myself I would up running into a lot of thieves that wanted my money in advance and gave me nothing in return. Give this a try.

Recipe one for anti reflux: (Pro-biotic) Unlike most cheeses, Feta Cheeses is delicious and a great source of pro-biotics that helps keep the body in balance. Simple Greek Spinach Salad is a great and tasty way to eat some of this healthy cheese. I like this slightly cooked spinach salad:

Sprinkle a little good quality olive oil in a wok or skillet. Heat oil and add about two slices of red onion. Cook stiring for 30 seconds. Turn off flame and throw in a large bowl of cleaned spinach leaves. Sprinkle with a little balsamic vinegar and sprinkle oon a generous amount of feta cheese crumbs. Kalmmata olive make it really magical.

Second easy recipe: Scramble an egg and sprinkle with feta cheese crumbs. Incorporate one of these two dishes into your daily diet and see if your reflux symptoms don't disappear! Please let me know.

I'm on medicine (omeprozole) to combat that. As long as I use it, there is no acid reflux.

I've always found it best to avoid garlic and onions when I'm dealing with reflux.
