So far weight watchers has worked for me. I think it's probably one of the best "diets" out there...you can have chocolate and whatever you want as long as it fits within your daily points.
Yeah I have to agree when I was with weight watchers it was the only one I could realistically stick too, as it wasnt telling you 'you can not eat certain foods' just portion and limit what you do eat. I did really well with this diet plan and would stick with this one rather than the fad dieting.
Yeah, I have done so many fad diets...and I weighed in and I lost 2 pounds this week! I'm sooo excited for that weightloss, it's definitely what I needed to keep myself on track.
Ah thats great well done, often we think we need to be losing hundreds of pounds to be battling the weight but every little bit makes a big difference. Losing weight step by step will be beneficial in the long run and keeping it off.
