Instructions:
cook tortellini according to pkg directions except stir in frozen peas and carrots along with tortellini. drain. In a large mixing bowl combine mayo, milk and mustard. add cooked tortellini and vegetables, stirring to coat. cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
