Taco Soup

This makes a wonderful Taco Soup.
Other: Ingredients:
Time:

Difficulty:
Easy
Serving Size:
3 1/2 quarts
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion
3 (16 oz) cans of Mexican-style chili beans(undrained)
1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn(undrained)
1 (16 oz) can chopped tomatoes(undrained)
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups of water
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (1 1/4 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (1 oz) envelope Ranch-style salad dressing mix

Toppings
Tortilla chips
Shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Sour cream
Chopped avocado
Preparation:
Gather all ingredients.

Gather toppings for your guests to choose from.
Instructions:
Cook ground beef and onion in a large Dutch-oven over medium to high heat until it is browned, stirring till it crumbles. Drain the meat.

Stir in beans and rest of ingredients.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Server with desired toppings.
