French Onion Soup

3 large onions, sliced

2 tablespoon margarine, low-calorie

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose

1/4 cup white wine

10 oz broth, chicken, fat-free, salt-free

10oz broth, beef, low-fat, low-sodium

1 1/2 cups water

5 slices bread, French, toasted

4 oz Mozz cheese shredded

1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions:
1. Combine the onions and margarine in a 3-qt. casserole. Cover.

2. Microwave 6-9 minutes on High until the onions are soft and translucent.

3. Stir in sugar, flour, wine, broth, and water. Cover microwave 4-6 minutes on High or until heated through.

4. Ladle soup into individual casseroles. Top with bread slices. Sprinkle with cheeses. Microwave 5-7 minutes on Medium-High (70% power) or until cheeses melt.
