New Server
I've migrated the site to a new server. Should be a bit quicker, although the old server wasn't exactly slow.
For those who care the new server is a:

2x dual core Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5550 @ 2.66GHz
12GB RAM
3X146GB Raid 5 + HS 1x 300GB Raid 0 (All disks are Serial Attached SCSI, running at 15K RPM)
