1/2 to 3/4 block cracker barrel baby swiss- cut into chunks
3 tbls butter
1/2 pound elbows- cooked and drained
salt and pepper

4- 5 slices of bread ripped into pieces

In a large skillet melt butter and add torn bread. cook stirring ocassionaly til bread is browned ..set aside
Instructions:
cook pasta according to directions. drain and add to large casserole dish. Add butter and stir til melted. add swiss cheese and stir (cheese will not melt) add salt and pepper. stir.Place cooked bread crumbs on top and bake 350 for 30 minutes
