5 oz lean ground beef 1 small onion chopped 2 cups fresh mushrooms- sliced 10oz can healthy request cream of mushroom soup 1/3 cup skim milk |

| cook ground beef in a large skillet until brown. drain. add onions and cook til tender and then add muchrooms. continue cooking 3 minutes. add mushroom soup and milk stirring until smooth. simmer until hot . serve over egg noodles | |
