Tuscan Turkey Slow Cooker Pasta

Ingredients

1 pound boneless turkey breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
16 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz can tomato sauce
29 oz can stewed tomatoes - Italian style
4 oz can mushrooms drained and sliced
1 med green pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 cup water
1 tbls Italian seasoning
6 oz uncooked whole wheat spaghetti, broken in half

Directions

Place all ingredients, except spaghetti in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat 4 hours or until veggies are tender.

Turn setting to high heat, stir in spaghetti and cover.
Stir again after 10 minutes, cover and cook until pasta is tender, about 20 minutes more.

1 1/2 cups per serving
