9 oz pkg refrigerated cheese filled tortellini
10 oz pkg frozen peas and carrots
1/2 fat-free mayo or miracle whip
2 tbls skim milk
1 to 2 tbls stone ground mustard or Dijon style mustard
Cook tortellini according to package directions except stir in frozen peas and carrots along with tortellini. Drain.
In a large mixing bowl combine mayo, milk and mustard.
Add cooked tortellini and vegetables, stirring to coat.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
