Tofu Italinao

Ingredients

2 tbls olive oil
16 oz pkg extra firm tofu, drained and cubed
2 cups pasta sauce
15 oz can chickpeas, drained
3/4 cup frozen corn
3/4 frozen peas

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add tofu cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
Turning, until lightly browned on all sides.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes over med-low heat until chickpeas and veggies are heated through.
Serve over couscous or pasta
