| Ingredients 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained 16 oz ff cottage cheese 1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese shredded 1 egg white 1 med red pepper chopped 1 envelope good seasons Italian dressing mix 20 jumbo shells cooked and drained 13 1/2 oz jar spaghetti sauce Directions Mix spinach and cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, egg white, red pepper and salad dressing mix in a bowl until well blended.
Fill each shell with one heaping tbls of mix.
Spoon half the sauce in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Arrange shells in dish and spoon remaining sauce over shells.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 400F for 35 to 40 minutes |
