Stir-fried Minced Chicken

This is one of my favorite dishes since it has
vegetables and chicken. I hope you all like it.

1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons minced chili
180 grams chicken breast, minced
2 pieces long beans, cut to n 2-inch pieces
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 teaspoons oyster sauce
pinch of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
10 pieces fresh hot basil leaves (available in weekend markets; or use regular Thai basil)
1/4 cup deep-fried hot basil leaves
Place oil in a hot pan, then add the garlic and chili.
Sauté until golden brown.
Add minced chicken and long beans. Pour in chicken
stock and season with oyster sauce, pepper, soy
sauces, and fresh hot basil. Stir-fry for a minute.
Transfer to serving plate. Top with deep-fried hot
basil and serve with rice, fried egg, and Thai fish
