Steak and Bacon

Ingredients

1 lb bacon cut into pieces
lg sirloin steak - cubed
2 small onions
1 lg green pepper
qt fresh mushrooms
1 lg can tomato puree
1 clove garlic chopped fine
1/2 cup wine or 1/2 can of beer
spices

Directions

Fry bacon but not too crispy.
Drain out most of the grease.
Set aside bacon and brown steak in the bacon grease.
Add onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Add puree, spices, garlic and wine or beer.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over noodles.
