Spinach Dip

Ingredients

1 box frozen spinach- thawed
1 med onion- chopped
1 tbls butter
1 clove garlic- pressed
1 large cream cheese
tortilla chips or bread

Directions

Tip: squeeze out excess water from spinach before making

In small frying pan saute onion in 1 tbls butter, add garlic and spinach.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add cream cheese and stir til melted.
Place in bowl and serve
