Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
diced red pepper (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.
Coarsely chop artichokes and place in small bowl.
Add spinach, mayo and sour cream.
Press garlic into bowl and add parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Spoon into small oven proof casserole dish and bake 20 - 25 minutes until heated through.
Serve with tortilla chips
