6 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
2 tbls olive oil
2 lg eggs , well beaten
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Preheat oven to 350F.
Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate and set aside.
Toss hot spaghetti with olive oil.
Combine eggs and 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese.
Stir into spaghetti.
Pour spaghetti mixture into pie plate.
Form into a crust.
Spread ricotta over bottom of crust.
Top with sauce.
Bake uncovered 25 minutes.
Top with shredded mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting into wedges
