Great Summer Grilling Recipe
1 lb. fresh or frozen med. - lg. shrimp in shells
Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Preheat broiler or start grill. Peel & devein shrimp if needed, leave tails on. Rinse shrimp pat dry. On eight metal skewers alternately thread shrimp, pepper, pineapple and green onion. leaving 1/4 in between pieces. Place skewers on greased unheated rack of broiler pan or place on grill. Broil or grill 8-10 min. until shrimp is opaque, turning skewers and brushing each side with BBQ sauce.
