Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit Muffins

6 oz jimmy dean 50% less fat pork sausage
7.5oz can buttermilk biscuits
1 cup eggbeaters
1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350F
Crumble and cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Line muffin cups with biscuits, pressing up sides to cover
Evenly divide sausage between muffin cups.
Pour egg over sausage.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are done
