1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbls a-1 steak sauce
2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
Plain bread crumbs
2 jars beef gravy
1 med onion
Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs.
After those are mixed well add just enough bread crumbs to make mixture mushy not dry.
Over low heat in lg skillet add 1 tbls butter.
Then take mixture and form a large ball, pat ball slightly down into patty but not thin.
Lightly brown patties on both sides - DO NOT FRY - drain fat then add both jars of gravy and onion sliced.
Cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes until done.
