Salmon With Bourbon Glaze

A quick and easy salmon recipe that's very tasty!
Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar. Place salmon on top of brown sugar mixture. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Turn salom over and pour bourbon around fillets. Continue to cook salmon for another 5 minutes spooning glaze over the fillets.
