1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1/4 oz Vodka
Hot Coffee

Directions

Pour alcohol into a mug
Add coffee
Top with whipped cream
Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, cinnamon, and cocoa powder
