Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter- softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Stir flour, soda and salt together.
Beat butter for 30 seconds, add peanut butter and sugars and beat until fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla and beat again.
Add dry ingredients, beat together.
Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar.
Press with fork to put marks in cookies and bake at 375F for 10 minutes
