Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

2 lg eggs
1 C sour cream
1/2 C oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp.. baking powder
2 C. brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 C flour
1tsp. salt
4 C oatmeal (regular or quick)
2 C raisins
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

Sift dry ingredients; add wet ingredients; add flavors; fold in raisins and oatmeal. (*if you have lots of sour cream you can use 2 C sour cream and omit oil).
Bake at 375F for about 7, 8 minutes depending on the size of cookie. Should be firm but not hard. Store in cool place in lightly closed container
