| Ingredients 1 qt kosher dills (whole) 2 cups sugar 1 cup cider vinegar 1 tbls mixed pickling spices Directions Drain pickles.
Slice into thin spears and repack into the pickle jar.
In a sauce pan put vinegar, sugar and spices.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Pour over pickles.
Let stand overnight.
The next day drain juice from pickles into a sauce pan and boil again.
Pour over pickles.
Do this 3 times, put in fridge.
Ready to eat |
