Mixed Fruit Granola

Ingredients

3 cups uncooked regular oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 sunflower kernels
1/4 chopped pecans
2 tbls sesame seeds
1/4 cup honey
1 tbls vegetable oil
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp vanilla
cooking spray
3/4 cup mixed dried fruit

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
Spread mixture on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring 3 times.
Cool.
Stir in dried fruit

Store in airtight container
