Mexican Dip

A great dip for parties

Ingredients

250ml light sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
4 avocados
4 chopped tomatoes
1 cup grated cheese
dash of lemon juice

Directions

Mash avocados and lemon juice together with some sour cream or use pre-made guacamole dip. Layer it into a deep dish.

Mix sour cream together with taco seasoning. Layer over the top of avocado in deep dish.

Cover with chopped tomatoes and cheese. Put in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve with corn chips.
