Meatloaf Muffins

one of my favorite WW recipes... yummy

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor but I use chicken)
1 cup tomato sauce
2 egg whites

Directions

Spray 12 tin muffin pan with pam.
Mix all ingredients together and divide in muffin tin.
Top with extra sauce or ketchup.
Bake 350F 30-40 minutes
