Marinated Flank Steak

2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. fresh, finely minced ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. chili flakes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. fresh, finely chopped rosemary
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 lbs. of flank or loin steak
Mix all ingredients of the marinade in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Coat steak with marinade and let sit for a period ranging from 2 hours
Cook steak thoroughly on each side.
