Mandarin Orange Cake

This makes a very yummy Mandarin Orange Cake. Very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

Cake:
1 Box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
4 EGGS
1 (11 OZ) Mandarin
3/4 Crisco Oil

Icing:
1 Container Cool Whip
1 Large can crushed pineapples
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Directions

Gather all ingredients.
Combine in bowl all cake ingredients. Mix well and then put in oven to bake for 18 to 20 minutes on 350F. (Save a few pieces of oranges for garnish on top of cake)

Mix all ingredients for icing in a large bowl. Then when cake is done baking. Spread on cake.
