Light Blue Cheese Dressing

1 oz blue cheese, (crumbled), 1/4 cup
1/3 cup mayonnaise, light
1/3 cup buttermilk, low-fat
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon horseradish, prepared
1 teaspoon white Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Serve with salad greens or fresh vegetables.
