Italian Zucchini & Squash

Ingredients

2 zucchini
1 summer squash
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
1 can of diced petite tomatoes
2 tblsp of tomato paste
1 tblsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
parmesan cheese to top

Directions

cut veggies into 1/4" circles
add olive oil to medium high pan
add veggies and cook for about 5 minutes
add tomato paste
cook for about 1 minute
add diced petite tomatoes
