Easy garlicky vegetables, a great side dish.

1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets with 1 inch stems
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 pound carrots, cut diagonally into 1 1/2 inch chunks, thicker ends cut lengthwise in half
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
Preheat oven to 425F. In a roasting pan, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, oil, salt and pepper.
Roast 15 minutes, stirring twice. Add garlic and rosemary and continue to roast 10 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
