Garden Chicken Saute

1 tbls olive oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
1 med zucchini, cut into thin strips
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Brown chicken in oil over med heat 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Cover and cook 3 minutes over med heat.
Uncover and cook over med-high heat 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Serve over brown rice
