Frozen Cranberry Pie

Ingredients

cooking spray
1/3 cup chocolate wafer cookies finely crushed
1 qt vanilla low-fat ice cream
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tsp finely shredded orange peel
sugared cranberries - optional

Directions

Spray 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray.
Coat with crushed cookies and set aside.
In a chilled med mixing bowl stir the ice cream until softened.
Fold in cranberry sauce and orange peel until combined.
Pour into prepared pie plate.
Cover and freeze 4 hours until firm.
*to make sugared cranberries, roll frozen cranberries in sugar
