15 oz ff ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded ff mozzarella cheese
3/4 pound lean ground beef
3 cups bottled spaghetti sauce
6 items dry lasagna noodles
1/4 cup water
In 10 inch skillet over med-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat.
Add spaghetti sauce and heat though.
In 9 x 13 glass dish spread 1 1/2 cups meat mixture.
Top with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, half ricotta cheese and half of mozzarella cheese.
Top with remaining meat mixture.
Slowly pour water around inside edges of baking dish.
Cover lightly with foil.
Bake at 375F for 45 minutes.
Uncover bake 10 minutes more.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
