Enchillada Casserole

1 pack med flour tortillas
1 pound ground beef cooked and drained of fat
1 lg and 1 sm can tomato sauce
1 jar green olives chopped
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refried beans
2 tbls chili powder


I do this in a crock pot but it can also be baked in the over in a casserole dish
brown and drain ground beef.
To the beef add both cans tomato sauce and chili powder.
Set aside.
Put enough sauce/meat mixture on the bottom of the dish.
Take flour shell and spread a thin layer of refried beans on it and place it in the crock pot/ casserole dish.
Sprinkle some of the cheese on top and olives then another shells with beans, then scoop of sauce and keep doing this till ingredients are gone.
Make sure you leave enough sauce to go over the final layer on the top.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 45 minutes on 350F or in crock pot for a few hours til heated through.
Serve with sour cream
