Egg and Bacon Casserole

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
4 cups unseasoned croutons
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
8 eggs - beaten
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 - 12oz package cooled crumbled bacon

Directions

Place butter in 11x7x1 1/2 baking dish.
Heat butter in 325F oven five minutes or until melted.
Tilt pan to coat.
Pour in croutons, sprinkle with cheese and set aside.
Combine milk, eggs, dry mustard.
Mix well and pour over cheese.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake 325F 40-50 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving
