The story goes that beer cheese was invented in Kentucky. While I can't verify that, I can tell you it is a very popular dish around the state. It makes a wonderful appetizer!

Everytime I've made this recipe it is consumed to the last morsel. Every cook in attendance wants the recipe. It's good!

This dairy-fresh dip combines several mouthwatering flavors as well as the subtle, salty crunchiness of peanuts. Who doesn’t love a little good luck — especially when it’s served as an appetizing dip! Feel free to substitute low-fat, fresh dairy products.

This dairy-fresh dip combines several mouthwatering flavors as well as the subtle, salty crunchiness of cashews. Cut calories and fat by substituting low-fat sour cream and cream cheese.

This savory pastry dish is a favorite with my family, although we are not Greek.
