Crockpot Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper, to taste
1/8 tsp table salt, to taste
4 Tbsp lemon juice, canned or bottled
1 cup low-sodium ketchup
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
8 boneless, skinless chicken thigh(s)
1 Tbsp honey

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken in crock pot.
Add frozen chicken.
Cook on high for 8-10 hours with lid on.
Serve over rice if desired.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch if desired.
