Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

16 oz. dry spaghetti
1 lb. 2% Velveeta
1 can (12.5 oz) chicken breast, drained and flaked
1 can FF cream of chicken soup
1 can FF cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 small onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
Spray slow cooker with Pam.
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on low 2-3 hours. Stir again just before serving
