Creamed Onions

Ingredients

small onions peeled / or use large onions and quarter
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 stick butter
wondra quick mixing flour
salt and pepper to taste
dash garlic powder

Directions

Peel and boil onions til tender with a slight crunch, drain all but 1/4 cup of the onion water. Add butter and milk to onion water and simmer til warmed. Start with 2 tbls of wondra flour and stir. mixture will thicken as it gets hot. Add more flour til desired thickness. Add onions and garlic powder. Serve
