3/4 pound bacon , sliced in small pieces
1 onion chopped
3 cans sliced potatoes, drained
3 cans cream corn
In a large pot fry bacon until almost done then add onions and continue cooking til bacon is crispy.
Drain fat from pan.
Add potatoes and cream corn, stir.
Add enough milk to make it creamy but not too liquidy.
Simmer until hot and serve with Italian bread
