| Ingredients 2 tbls soy sauce 1 tbls minced, peeled ginger 2 cinnamon sticks 12oz can apricot nectar 4 salmon fillets- 1 inch thick Directions Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until reduced to 3/4 cup. About 30 minutes.
Strain mixture and discard solids.
Place fish on a broiler pan lined with foil and broil 5 minutes.
Brush fish with sauce.
Broil until lightly browned and fish flakes easily.
Serve with remaining sauce |
