Chocolate Eclare Cake

1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
4 eggs (beaten and set aside)
3 packages of french vanilla instant pudding
1 tub cool whip
1 jar hot fudge topping
Add 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of water in a med sauce pan.
Bring to a boil then add 1 cup of flour and stir til it forms a ball.
Remove from heat and add 4 eggs.
Stir til mixed thoroughly.
Spread in 13x9 pan.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes and golden brown.
Make all 3 packages of vanilla pudding according to package except lower milk by 1/2 cup.
Place in fridge til thickened.
Then spread pudding on top of cooled crust.
Then top with cool whip and chocolate fudge topping.
Chill for 2 - 3 hours before serving
Tip: place chocolate fudge in microwave for 20 - 30 seconds til its thin enough to drizzle over the top.
